Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Meat
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onion and continue cooking until softened.
- Stir in the bacon, beef broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer.
Combining Everything
- Add the cooked pasta along with half of the cheddar cheese, stirring to combine.
- Heat until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
