Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon fillets
  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Arrange the salmon fillets down the center of a sheet pan, skin side down. Place the broccoli florets in a mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning. Whisk to combine.
  • Spoon about half of the butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets to coat. Pour the remaining butter mixture over the broccoli florets and toss to coat.
  • Arrange the coated broccoli florets around the salmon fillets on the sheet pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle the cooked salmon with fresh parsley before serving.

This dish is best served immediately, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
