  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil can be substituted with avocado oil
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation

  3. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious Lemon Pepper Chicken!
