Ingredients
  

  • - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 3/4 cup sugar
  • - 1 stick salted butter softened
  • - 3/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 3-4 drops yellow food coloring
  • Icing:
  • - 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • - Yellow sprinkles optional

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray sides with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix sugar and flour together.
  4. Add butter and cream cheese, beat until creamy.
  5. Add eggs, lemon juice, and yellow food coloring, mix well.
  6. Pour batter into pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 30 minutes.
  9. While cooling, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for icing.
  10. Pour icing over brownies, spread evenly.
  11. Sprinkle with lemon sprinkles if desired.
