Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar For sweetening the filling
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest Freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract For additional flavor
For rolling
  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough Classic crescent roll dough
For topping
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For drizzling on top
  • 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice Mixed with powdered sugar for glaze

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Filling and Baking
  1. Spoon a generous amount of the cheesecake mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up towards the tip.
  2. Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they’re lightly golden brown.
  3. Once out of the oven, allow them to cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with a little lemon juice for added sweetness.
