Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Filling and Baking
- Spoon a generous amount of the cheesecake mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up towards the tip.
- Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until they’re lightly golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, allow them to cool slightly, then drizzle with powdered sugar mixed with a little lemon juice for added sweetness.
