  • 2 pieces thin white fish fillets (120-150g / 4-5oz each), skinless and boneless You can use different types of fish like salmon or tilapia.
  • 2 tbsp white flour For dusting the fish.
  • 2 tbsp oil (canola) Can substitute with any neutral oil.
  • to serve Lemon wedges For garnish.
  • to taste Finely chopped parsley (optional) Optional garnish for freshness.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook until it begins to brown.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir.
  3. Prepare the fish fillets by seasoning them with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
Cooking
  1. In another skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the fish.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve the fish with the lemon butter sauce drizzled over the top, and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.

Notes

If you have leftover sauce, let it cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on low heat before serving again.
