Ingredients
  

For the Sauce
  • 60 g unsalted butter, cut into pieces Use fresh unsalted butter for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Fresh lemon juice preferred.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Finely ground pepper To taste.
For the Fish
  • 2 pieces thin white fish fillets (120-150g / 4-5oz each), skinless and boneless Any white fish works well.
  • 2 tbsp white flour For dusting the fish.
  • 2 tbsp oil (canola) Can substitute with any neutral oil.
  • Lemon wedges For serving.
  • Finely chopped parsley (optional) For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and cook until it begins to brown.
  2. Add fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir.
  3. Prepare the fish fillets by seasoning them with salt and pepper, then dust with flour.
Cooking
  1. In another skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add the fish.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve the fish with the lemon butter sauce drizzled over the top, and garnish with lemon wedges and parsley if desired.

Notes
