Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add in the flour, mixing until the dough is fully combined.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn a lovely golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack.
