- Add chocolate chips and microwave for an additional 30 seconds, then stir until melted and well combined.
- Stir in rolled oats, crushed graham crackers, and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
- Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared tray, shaping into cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving.
