  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef to cut down on excess grease.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Adjust to taste for saltiness.
  • 2 cups cooked rice Serve warm and fluffy.
  • to taste green onions, for garnish
  • to taste sesame seeds, for garnish
  • optional vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli) Feel free to mix and match vegetables.

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over warm, fluffy rice.
  6. Garnish generously with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Customize your bowl with vegetables if you like!

Notes
