- In a large pot, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned.
- Toss in the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
- Add diced potatoes and cover with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until potatoes are tender.

- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
