Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box Brownie Mix (follow box instructions for cooking times)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
Toppings
  • 1 jar Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème (198 g)
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  3. Spread the Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Crème evenly over the cooled brownies.
  4. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Fold the Rice Krispies into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture until well coated.
  6. Spread this mixture evenly over the marshmallow layer and gently press down.
  7. Cover the pan and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  8. Once set, cut the bars into squares and enjoy.

Notes
