Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, canned corn, creamed corn, eggs, sour cream, melted butter, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and a tester comes out mostly clean.
