Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper using a handheld mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Reduce the mixer speed to low and blend in 1 ½ cups of your pre-shredded cheeses, half of the cooked bacon, half of the minced jalapeño, and half of the chopped green onions until well combined.
- In a small Ziploc bag, combine your reserved ingredients and store them in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap laid flat on your surface. Bring up the sides of the plastic wrap to create a ball shape and use your hands to mold it into a perfect sphere.
- Refrigerate the cheese ball overnight to firm it up.
Serving
- About 20 minutes before serving, take it out of the fridge. Unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a large cutting board.
- Roll it in the reserved toppings until it's completely covered.

Notes
