- In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and seasonings.
- Roll each ball in the flour, dip it into the egg mixture, and then coat with breadcrumbs, repeating for extra crunch.
Cooking
- In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry about 4-6 balls at a time until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the bites and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
