Preparation
- Use the pumpkin cookie cutter to cut out two pumpkin shapes from each tortilla. Set the pumpkin shapes aside.
- Carve fun faces into half of the pumpkin-shaped tortillas using a sharp knife.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lay one of the uncut pumpkin-shaped tortillas flat in the skillet.
- Generously sprinkle cheese over the uncut tortilla.
- Place a pumpkin face tortilla face down on top of the cheese.
- Wait until the cheese is just starting to melt, then carefully flip the top tortilla over onto the melted cheese.
- Ensure to position the pumpkin stumps facing opposite directions for a perfect presentation.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
Serving
- Serve the quesadillas immediately alongside your favorite dipping sauce or salsa.
Notes
For added flavor, consider serving with guacamole, homemade salsa, or a spicy ranch dip. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
