Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian Rolls
  • 8 ounces Deli Ham (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces Pepperoni (thinly sliced)
  • 3 ounces Salami (thinly sliced)
  • 4 ounces Provolone Cheese (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces Lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Without separating, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom half in your baking dish.
  3. Start with the deli ham, stacking the provolone cheese, pepperoni, and finishing with salami on top. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  4. In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter. Stir in the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Baking
  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is gooey.
Dressing Preparation
  1. While they bake, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper. Add the shredded lettuce and toss to coat.
Assembly
  1. Once the sliders are baked, let them cool slightly. Remove the top layer of rolls and spread the dressed lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pepperoncini evenly. Place the top back on.
  2. Slice between the rolls to separate the sliders and enjoy while they’re warm!
