Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Without separating, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay the bottom half in your baking dish.
- Start with the deli ham, stacking the provolone cheese, pepperoni, and finishing with salami on top. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
- In a microwave-safe dish, melt the butter. Stir in the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Brush the mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Baking
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they’re golden brown and the cheese is gooey.
Dressing Preparation
- While they bake, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, and a bit of salt and pepper. Add the shredded lettuce and toss to coat.
Assembly
- Once the sliders are baked, let them cool slightly. Remove the top layer of rolls and spread the dressed lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pepperoncini evenly. Place the top back on.
- Slice between the rolls to separate the sliders and enjoy while they’re warm!
