  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced Can be swapped for feta cheese.
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Can be swapped for pesto for a different flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and fresh basil.
  2. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. For the best flavor, chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
