- Gently fold in the whipped topping and the drained crushed pineapple until the mixture is even.
- In another bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, coconut flakes, and melted butter until well combined.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom, followed by the pineapple mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining graham cracker mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set.
