Ingredients
  

Pasta and Base Ingredients
  • 12 oz Spaghetti Use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for alternatives.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Avoid burning while sautéing.
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Adds freshness to the dish.
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach Can substitute with kale or arugula.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled For creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Black olives, sliced Marinate for more flavor if desired.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • 1 tsp Oregano Dried or fresh.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing Ingredients
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet; cook until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
Combining the Dish
  1. Toss in the cooked spaghetti along with crumbled feta cheese, sliced black olives, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with additional feta and olives if desired.
