IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE

Ingredients
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sweet onion chopped
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
Instructions
- - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
- - Spread the beef and onion mixture evenly in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
- - Sprinkle cheese over the meat.

- - Pour the mixture into the pie plate over the meat.
