Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8.5"x4.5" loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour gently until just blended.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with just a few crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let the loaf sit for about 5 minutes before turning it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
