  • 2 cups ice cream (any flavor, softened) Choose your favorite flavor for variety.
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour Can substitute with a homemade self-rising flour using all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8.5"x4.5" loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream and self-rising flour gently until just blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean with just a few crumbs.
  2. Remove from the oven and let the loaf sit for about 5 minutes before turning it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
