Preparation
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Arrange the deli meat slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat slices.
- Add a layer of fresh vegetables on top of the cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Slice the rolled tortilla into individual pinwheels.
- Secure each pinwheel with a toothpick to hold its shape.
Serving
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
