Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread until they are evenly thin. Trim the crusts off to create a uniform 4×4-inch square.
- Spread about 3/4 teaspoon of mustard over each slice of bread.
- Place a halved cheese slice on one edge of the flattened bread, followed by a hot dog. If needed, trim any excess hot dog to fit within the bread boundaries.
- On top of the hot dog, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of minced onion and 1 teaspoon of relish.
- Carefully roll up each slice, making sure to tuck the filling inside, and apply gentle pressure to seal the edges.
- Slice each roll into three equal pieces (approximately 1 1/4 inches each) and place them on a serving platter.
- Lightly coat the roll-ups with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they have a bit of space between them.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
- While they're cooking, mix the barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, and seasoned salt together in a small bowl until well combined.
- Serve your Hotdog Roll-Ups warm, accompanied by the dipping sauce.
