Focaccia Dough Ingredients
  • 1 batch Focaccia bread dough Prepared according to your favorite dough recipe
  • 6 pieces Hot dogs Spiral-cut for presentation
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Use orange or your preferred type
  • to taste Mustard For serving
  • to taste Relish Can substitute with chopped tomatoes and cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For greasing the pan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the focaccia dough and let it rise according to your dough recipe.
  2. Use a skewer for support and spiral-cut the hot dogs.
  3. Grease a baking pan with olive oil and spread the focaccia dough into it.
  4. Create dimples in the dough with your fingers.
  5. Place the spiral-cut hot dogs into the dimpled dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously around the hot dogs.
Baking
  1. Bake the focaccia according to your dough's recipe until golden brown.
  2. Once baked, allow it to cool slightly; then, add mustard and relish as desired before serving.
