Baking Dish
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tbsp Chives chopped
- 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce optional, to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning to taste
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, chives, and hot sauce, adjusting the Old Bay seasoning to taste if necessary.
Gently fold in the crab meat using a spatula, being careful not to over-mix and leaving some lumps of crab throughout.
Transfer the crab dip to a small baking dish (an oval dish is recommended).
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the dip is hot.
Enjoy this crab dip recipe served hot with your preferred dippers:
Opt for raw veggies like mini bell peppers, celery sticks, cucumber slices, and carrots – they're excellent for scooping up dips.
Choose crackers of any kind, though flax seed crackers or almond flour crackers make tasty and healthy options.
Consider sliced baguette as a common choice for bread, or try a lighter option like almond flour bread.
For a crunchy alternative, use tortilla chips (or almond flour tortilla chips), light and crispy zucchini chips, or any other chip variety of your liking.
