- Line an 8x4 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Place it in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into small squares.
