Preparation
- Rinse 1 cup of white rice in a colander and transfer it to a bowl. Add 1 cinnamon stick and cover with water. Let it soak for 2 hours.
- Check the rice and cinnamon; if they’re not soft, soak longer.
- Transfer the soaked rice and cinnamon water to a blender. Add the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Strain the blended mixture into a pitcher and stir in ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon along with additional water to taste.
- Optionally, serve with ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch.

Notes
