  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave nectar)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) For added heat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour and paprika.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place them in a greased or foil-lined baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle each chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  6. Pour the honey mixture evenly over the chicken, flipping them over once or twice to make sure they are fully coated.
  7. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the chicken to taste.
Cooking
  1. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken with rice or vegetables, and drizzle any extra sauce on the side if desired.

Notes
