Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour and paprika.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place them in a greased or foil-lined baking dish.
- Sprinkle each chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey mixture evenly over the chicken, flipping them over once or twice to make sure they are fully coated.
- If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the chicken to taste.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Serving
- Serve the chicken with rice or vegetables, and drizzle any extra sauce on the side if desired.

Notes
