Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour and paprika together.
- Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture and place them in a greased or foil-lined baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over each thigh.
Cooking
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey mixture evenly over the chicken, flipping them over once or twice to ensure they are fully coated.
- If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle the red pepper flakes on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
Serving
- Serve the chicken with rice or vegetables, adding extra sauce on the side if you’d like.
