For the Sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces and dry them well.
Frying
  1. In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken pieces thoroughly in the mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Making the Sauce
  1. While the chicken fries, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Tossing and Serving
  1. Once the chicken is done frying, place it in a large bowl, pour the sauce over it, and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
