Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Feel free to substitute with whole wheat flour for a nuttier flavor.
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary You can also use fresh rosemary, about 2 tablespoons finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Maldon flaky salt For sprinkling on top before baking.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, olive oil, water, and dried rosemary. Mix until a dense dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour a clean surface. Transfer the dough and roll it out as thin as you can get it — aiming for about 1/8 of an inch thickness.
  4. Cut the dough into approximately 24 long rectangles, each about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  5. Place the crackers on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each one with Maldon flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until they’re golden brown. Once done, let them cool completely before serving.
