- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a clean surface, unroll the pizza dough and slice it into 8 even rectangles.
- Place 3-4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each dough rectangle, then place a cheese stick on top.
- Roll the dough around the filling, pinching the seams and ends tightly to close.
- Arrange the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning into the melted butter, then brush each pizza stick with the mixture.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until the tops begin to turn golden.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
