Ingredients
  

Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or chili powder
Other Ingredients
  • 1 medium Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 500 grams Minced lamb Use lean minced lamb for a healthier option.
  • 2 full Fresh chillies (chopped) Add more for extra heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the minced lamb.
  2. Add the minced lamb to the mixture and knead it well until all the ingredients are combined.
  3. Wrap the mixture in foil to form a tight shape.
Cooking
  1. Cook it on high for 4 hours.
  2. After cooking, remove the foil and grill the kebab to get rid of excess grease and to brown the outside.

Notes

You can serve Homemade Kebab with flatbreads, rice, or a fresh salad. Add some yogurt sauce or spicy sauce on the side for extra flavor.
