  • 1 lb chicken breast strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese For added flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 large egg For egg wash
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the olive oil to create the egg wash.
  4. Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
