- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the olive oil to create the egg wash.
- Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
