- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
- Add the olive oil and water, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness—thicker for chewier crackers, thinner for crisp ones.
- Cut the dough into your favorite shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the surface with chopped fresh herbs and, if you have them, the edible flowers.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they turn crisp and golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store leftover crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze the dough before baking or freeze baked crackers for up to a month.
