  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing them until they become translucent.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the chicken, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and the sautéed onion and garlic.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, then sprinkle in the thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Give it a good stir to mix everything together.
  4. Cover your slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
