Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth—a whisk or electric mixer works well here.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
