Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth—a whisk or electric mixer works well here.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
