  • 1 piece chicken breast Flattened to ensure even cooking.
  • 1 cup seasoned flour Store-bought or homemade with flour and spices.
  • 1 piece beaten egg For coating the chicken.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Regular or gluten-free variety.
  • as needed spray oil spray For achieving a crispy texture.

Preparation
  1. Start by flattening the chicken breast to roughly half an inch thick.
  2. Roll the chicken in the seasoned flour until it’s well-coated.
  3. Dip the chicken in the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Roll the chicken in breadcrumbs, making sure it’s covered completely.
  5. For a crunchier texture, repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
  6. Lightly spray the chicken with oil to achieve the perfect golden color.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in the air fryer, set to 200°C (390°F), and cook for 14 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
