Preparation
- Chop the apples and sauté them in a pan with the cinnamon, salt, and 2 tsp coconut oil over medium-high heat. Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes to soften the apples.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, add all crumble topping ingredients into a food processor. Add a splash of water (about 1 tbsp) and process until you achieve a crumbly mixture that sticks together.
Baking
- Prepare a small baking pan by oiling the surface or lining it with parchment paper. Spread the sautéed apples evenly in the pan.
- Squeeze the crumble mixture to form larger pieces and distribute them over the apples.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crumble turns golden brown.
Serving
- Allow it to cool for a bit and enjoy with milk or yogurt for breakfast, or indulge with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
