Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the chicken and veggies into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the olive oil and seasonings to the bowl and toss everything until it’s evenly coated.
Cooking
- Put the mixture in the air fryer in a single layer. Air fry for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken is golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
Serving
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, over cauliflower rice, or in a lettuce wrap.
