  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ajinomoto (MSG)
  • 2 stalks green onion

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, MSG, and green onions. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  • Add chicken thighs to the sauce mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for 4-24 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
  • Grill or fry marinated chicken thighs for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
