- If the beef is very lean, add butter to the pan for extra richness.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir for 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until fully combined.
- Gradually add beef broth, starting with 1.5 cups, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- If the gravy is too thick, add the remaining 0.5 cup of broth to reach the desired consistency.
- Let the gravy simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes to meld the flavors.
