Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (store-bought tube) Flaky and convenient
  • 8 ounces sliced ham Can substitute with turkey or chicken
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced Can substitute with cheddar or provolone
For the Garlic-Parsley Butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted Adds rich flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can be adjusted for taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Or use fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Enhances flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles along the pre-scored lines.
  3. Place a slice or two of ham on each triangle, leaving a little room at the wide edge.
  4. Top the ham with a slice of Swiss (trim if needed to fit).
  5. Roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end and tucking the point underneath to prevent unrolling.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange the roll-ups on the baking sheet seam-side down. Brush each with the garlic-parsley butter.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crescents are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  4. Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving so the cheese sets slightly.
