- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove it, leaving the drippings behind.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet; cook until it’s translucent. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Toss in the chopped cabbage and continue to cook until it reduces and becomes tender—about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the butter until melted and incorporate the cooked noodles or dumplings. Mix well to blend all the flavors.
- Crumble the crispy bacon on top and give it a final toss before plating.
