  • 1 cup raspberry jam Can be substituted with other fruit preserves.
  • 1 cup whipped cream or buttercream frosting Choose your favorite type.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your cupcake mix.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cupcake mix, three large eggs, a cup of water, and one-third cup of vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Place cupcake liners in your muffin tin and fill them with the batter, ensuring not to overfill.
Baking
  1. Bake the cupcakes according to the package instructions.
  2. Once they’re done, allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Filling and Decorating
  1. Using a small knife or a cupcake corer, carefully cut out a small portion from the center of each cupcake.
  2. Fill the cavity in each cupcake with raspberry jam, allowing it to overflow slightly for an extra 'bite!'
  3. Frost the cupcakes generously with whipped cream or buttercream frosting.
  4. For that creepy effect, drizzle additional raspberry jam on top and mix in red food coloring if desired.
