Ingredients
  

Mini Pizza Components
  • 8-10 pieces Mini Pizza Crusts Personal-sized bases, can be whole wheat.
  • 3/4 cup Pizza Sauce Consider adding Italian seasoning for flavor.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Freshly shredded is better for melting.
Decorative Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Black Olives, sliced Used for spider bodies and eyes.
  • 1/4 cup Mini Pepperoni Optional topping.
  • 1 cup Orange & Green Bell Peppers, thin strips Used for jack-o’-lantern designs.
  • 4 sticks Part-Skim String Cheese Pulled apart to create mummy faces.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, chiffonade Garnish before serving.
  • as needed spray Olive Oil Spray For misting the baking sheet.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Lightly mist a baking sheet with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each mini crust, leaving a small border.
  4. Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese over half the pizzas.
  5. Use string cheese strips to create mummy faces on those pizzas.
  6. Decorate with sliced black olives as spider bodies and eyes, and bell pepper strips for jack-o’-lantern smiles. Add mini pepperoni on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake your mini pizzas for 10–12 minutes until the crusts are golden and the cheese is melted.
  2. For even browning, rotate the pan halfway through baking.
  3. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.
