Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 8 ounces ramen noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

Cooking

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  • Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated in the sauce.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Make sure to drain the noodles well before adding them to the skillet. Feel free to add more veggies or use your favorites! Adjust the sauces to your taste for more flavor or a bit of spice.
