  • 2 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 cups beef broth For simmering

Preparation of Mashed Potatoes

  • Peel and cube the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender.
  • Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

Preparation of Beef Gravy

  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until soft.
  • Stir in beef broth and let simmer until slightly thickened.

Serving

  • Serve the beef gravy over the mashed potatoes.

Notes
