Preparation
- Assemble the sandwich by layering ham and cheese between two slices of bread.
- Generously butter the outside of the sandwich for a crispy finish.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer once golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with fresh tomato slices if desired.
